Full Journal pdf2006-05-04 House Journal Page 3641 HB 51 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 3581), was read the third time: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 51(FIN) "An Act relating to associations of self-insured employers for purposes of providing workers' compensation coverage and allowing employers who are members of the same trade to form associations for providing self-insurance for workers' compensation coverage; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSSHB 51(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSSHB 51(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 27 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Anderson, Chenault, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Holm, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, LeDoux, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Neuman, Rokeberg, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Wilson 2006-05-04 House Journal Page 3642 Nays: Cissna, Coghill, Elkins, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Olson, Ramras, Salmon, Weyhrauch Absent: Berkowitz, Moses, Samuels Kapsner changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Dahlstrom changed from "Nay" to "Yea". Salmon changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Ramras changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Olson changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, CSSSHB 51(FIN) passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Croft gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSSHB 51(FIN).
